In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. You’ll also:
- Support employees and managers through timely and professional payroll-related communication.
- Administer Certified Payroll for Davis-Bacon projects using LCP Tracker and other reporting tools.
- Enter and maintain payroll data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process compensation changes, wage adjustments, and deductions with accuracy and integrity.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and excellent service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience processing payroll
- Strong math skills and the ability to understand and analyze numerical data
- Excellent communication, customer service, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with technology
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency
- A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
