What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Stock Associate position at COLONIAL WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTING LLC?
Job Purpose
To accurately and efficiently stock warehouse shelves.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To accurately, consistently and safely follow directions
- Must be able to operate various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Reach Truck, Pallet Jacks) to include daily maintenance.
- Accurately identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various pieces of warehouse equipment, upon receipt from the supplier
- Returning undelivered product to their proper inventory locations
- Moving and stacking product for the purpose of conducting physical inventory
- Perform cleaning duties as may be directed by the warehouse supervisor
- Observes safe product handling techniques.
- Cooperates with supervisors and peers alike
- Is punctual and consistently available for work
- Various other duties, as assigned
