Role

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Director to join our team! The Marketing Director possesses the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for the mission of the facility community to the community and various media.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains lead database and records including contact information, source information and history of all contacts made with leads and contracts.
• Completes and submits census and Marketing reports as requested.
• Maintains up to date competitive analysis.
• Completes and maintains a Marketing Plan.
• Manages budget, track and submit expenses as requested.
• Successful demonstration of strong marketing strategies using various media.
• Formulates and maintains a contact list for continuing marketing opportunities.
• Plans and executes marketing events each quarter that are designed to bring in new prospective residents, and should include current residents and their friends.
• Captures detailed list of names and contact information of potential residents who come to the quarterly marketing events.
• Builds and maintains relationships with current residents, to encourage resident referrals.
• Has a deep understanding of the local market for senior care options.
• Successfully demonstrate ability to close sales.
• Ensures accurate information be given to clients and future residents.
• Develops relationships in the community that will promote the success of the community.
• Promotes and maintains a favorable public image; participate in community affairs.
