Reporting to the Senior Care Manager, your role focuses on delivering high-quality personal care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring the well-being of residents. Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care and home & community care settings
- Proficient in personal care home practices
- Knowledge of assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
