Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care and home & community care settings
- Proficient in personal care home practices
- Knowledge of assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
