Parts Department Sales - TOYOTA

Colonial Toyota, Connecticut’s #1 Volume Dealer, is seeking Full-time Parts Department Staff. Our 30 bay, 30 technician dealership handles 100 appointments daily and is steadily growing. To help manage the increasing business, we are looking to add highly motivated and adept team members to our talented parts department. This person will report to the Parts Department Manager.

Posted job is for experienced dealer/parts employee and may be available as an entry level position for the right candidate.

Automotive parts sales and automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying needed parts using manufacturer diagrams
• Establish and maintain relationships with our wholesale accounts
• Provide customers and technicians with pricing and availability of needed parts
• Provide excellent customer service in-person, on the phone and through email
• Maintain parts inventory, shipping material inventory and supplies inventory
• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
• Maintain receiving and shipping records
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments
• Reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Support our inside and outside sales force
• Support our management team with other duties as assigned

• Toyota parts experience a plus, but not required
• ADP experience a plus, but not required
