Stock Transfer Specialist (Finance) Position Description:We are a stock transfer agent and financial service provider for public and private companies. We are looking to fill a position for a stock transfer specialist. This position will mainly involve supporting our public and private company clients and their shareholders. The position is a full-time position (6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). This is a dynamic business and fun atmosphere with endless amounts to learn.Specific duties and responsibilities:Provide customer service to companies and their shareholdersProcess stock issuances and transfers dailyDaily mail processingFiling documents in the office and other office administrative tasks including mailings.Answer phones and provide customer support.Qualifications:Excellent and intuitive computer skillsExcellent communication skills, written, phone, and some client-facingA proven track record of providing exceptional customer service with prompt responses to client inquiriesAble to efficiently complete and manage multiple tasks without supervisionReliable team player with the ability to work after hours when requiredQuick learner, problem solver, detail-orientedTrack record of completing assignments on time with accuracySecurities firm experience is a plus.Customer service experience (2-3 years) preferred
