Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Transcribe notes and documents as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document organization, and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of front desk and lobby areas
  • Food Handlers Card required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency with phone systems and standard office equipment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekdays Off)
Holidays Required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
