Colonial Property Management is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Property Manager / Superintendent to oversee our properties in Monticello, NY.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor the condition of the buildings
- Handle and coordinate routine maintenance issues
- Respond to tenant concerns and communicate professionally with residents
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Perform light maintenance and general property care
- Report issues, vacancies, and other property concerns to the management team
- Help ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections when needed
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with tenants, vendors, and management
- Basic maintenance/handyman skills are a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous property management, superintendent, maintenance, or similar experience is preferred
