What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Property Inspector-Talladega/Coosa/Tallapoosa Counties AL position at Colonial Property Group?
Colonial Property Group is a Regional Field Services Company that completes mortgage and insurance field inspections for National clients. Our inspection types vary by order, from determining occupancy/condition to leaving door cards as requested by our clients. We also conduct insurance repair inspections, as well as, meeting with homeowners on a regular basis.
Applicants for this position should be able to do the following:
Follow written instructions clearly
Be a problem solver
Use a GPS and be familiar with online routing programs
Comfortable communicating with homeowners, neighbors, county resources, real estate agents, etc...
Highly proficient with either iPhone or Android devices
Highly proficient with email and software systems
We are seeking FULL TIME assistance in the following counties:
Talladega, Coosa, Saint Clair, and Tallapoosa Counties AL
Our pricing is $5-$10 on a per piece basis depending on the order type and client it comes from.
Our volume for these counties is 450 orders per month; Compensation is once monthly.
This position requires regular, repeated daily use of the latest technologies. Applicant MUST be completely comfortable with technology. Inspectors are 1099 subcontractors and must manage their own time, fuel, and other tools/resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet the given deadlines.
