LPN (Days)

Colonial Park is currently seeking LPN for our Day shift 6a-2p.

LPN Duties Include (under the supervision of a Doctor or RN):

• Monitoring patient's health condition.

• Catering to hygiene needs of the patient.

• Assistance in patient's medical examination.

• Guiding patient's family for patient's aftercare.

• Supervises CNAs.

LPN Requirements Include:

• Current and valid NY LPN License

• Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital

• Good Customer Service Skills
