Position Summary:
The primary function of a Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Enforce site policies and procedures
  • Supervise and communicate job expectations to employees
  • Prepare and maintain records for working reports
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
  • Create and maintain positive working relationship with client and customers
  • Assure routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles
  • Perform other duties assigned
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience in and knowledge of construction industry and building materials strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Effective team player and leader with strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time.
  • Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
  • Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
  • Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Required Cognitive Skills:
  • Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to manage stress depending on deadlines and ongoing projects.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be able to receive and analyze information.
  • Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative.
