Job Summary

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations,.
• Administer medications
• Perform clinical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding management, and wound care.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all clinical procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing.
• Support patients with developmental disabilities or memory care needs by providing specialized nursing interventions in long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR system
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments such as emergency medicine or urgent care settings.
• Excellent communication skills for patient assessment discussions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
