At Colonial Manor of Randolph, we’re looking for an RN Weekend Warrior who brings confidence, compassion, and steady leadership to our Friday–Sunday team.

You’ll put your nursing skills to work in a small-town setting where relationships matter—and earn a Weekend Warrior stipend in addition to your base pay.

Bring a steady hand to the weekend.

As our RN Weekend Warrior, you’ll:

• Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and act promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Provide skilled care, including wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and tube feedings as ordered.
• Coordinate individualized care with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team.
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and current.
• Guide and support nursing teammates throughout your shift.
• Respond calmly to urgent needs while protecting resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Uphold infection prevention, privacy, and quality standards.

You know your skills. We’d like to know you.

We’re looking for an RN with:

• An active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or a related setting.
• Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• The ability to stay organized, calm, and compassionate when priorities change.

Experience with geriatric or memory care residents, electronic health records, and nursing team leadership is a plus.
