Housekeeping (1st Shift Part Time)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential and commercial spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and clients. **Duties:** - Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial areas, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces. - Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to achieve high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Organize and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available and properly stored. - Conduct deep cleaning tasks, including laundry, as needed. - Use a variety of cleaning methods and techniques to clean different types of surfaces, including wood, tile, and glass. - Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. - Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and requests. - Demonstrate proficiency in housekeeping management, including scheduling and assigning tasks to other housekeeping staff. - Perform custodial duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, as needed. - Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including carpet cleaning machines, with minimal supervision. - Prepare meals and snacks, if required. - Maintain a clean and organized hotel or office space, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free of debris. - Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. **Requirements:** - Experience in housekeeping, including residential and commercial cleaning. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. - Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning standards and protocols. - Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as climb stairs and stand for extended periods. - Basic knowledge of laundry and cleaning procedures. - Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods and technologies. - High school diploma or equivalent education required. - Valid driver's license, if required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
