Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Shreveport, LA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and delivering effective workplace benefits solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, managing accounts, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role also involves educating clients on financial protection products and utilizing Colonial Life’s innovative technology tools.

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
