Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Case Acquisition Manager, based in Sewell, NJ, with opportunities to work remotely. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business cases, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing effective marketing strategies. The role also involves analyzing market trends, presenting tailored solutions for potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to support new case implementation. The New Case Acquisition Manager will play a key role in meeting sales goals and driving business growth in alignment with Colonial Life’s mission.

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research and Analytical Thinking capabilities to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Organizational, Time Management, and Multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the insurance or employee benefits industry is an advantage
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
