Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, Sales and Training Development at Colonial Life located in Bloomington, MN. The Manager, Sales and Training Development will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, driving business growth, managing, training and developing agency representatives, and building and maintaining client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize our software to track sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Recruiting and training sales reps to support you
- Support and coach your team to achieve weekly activity goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proficiency in account management
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Training and recruiting experience
