This is a full-time hybrid role for an B2B Sales Agent at Colonial Life located in the Bemidji area. The Sales Agent will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and drive revenue growth

- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize our software to track sales activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proficiency in account management
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
