CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION: Downtown Los Angeles Colonial Life is looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Healthcare Consultant position to work in a professional sales environment with our EXISTING BOOK OF BUSINESS. Management and advancement opportunities are available and extensive management / leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Fortune 500 Corporate Training through corporate's world-class training program within our Mentor-ship Model.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Work exclusively with Human Resource Departments to create and implement Benefits packages for employees. Work alongside HR and Employers to educate Employees on the benefits being offered, assisting Employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll Employees on our exclusive platform. Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting, or issues that may arise with the benefits.

COMPENSATION: $60,000- $90,000, Commission, Renewals, Bonuses, Per Diem.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· At minimum High School Diploma.

· Fast Tracking for Individuals with a Health and/or Life Insurance License
