Assistant District Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant District Manager based in St. Louis, MO. The Assistant District Manager will be tasked with supporting sales operations, managing and mentoring team members, and assisting in regional business growth initiatives. Daily activities include overseeing recruitment efforts, conducting team trainings, analyzing sales metrics, building key client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase market reach. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving district sales goals while upholding Colonial Life’s commitment to exceptional service.

• Sales and Leadership: Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development
• Communication: Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively connect with team members and clients
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, time management, and maintaining accurate records
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other business technology solutions
• Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering positive client experiences
• Additional Considerations: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in insurance or employee benefits is a plus
