Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Area Sales Representative located in Dalton, GA. The Area Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, delivering benefit education to businesses, identifying and securing new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. In this role, the representative will collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and effectively explain benefits programs
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to meet sales goals and multitask
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
