Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tomball, TX, with the flexibility to work from home. As an Agency Sales Representative for Colonial Life, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, promoting the company's suite of workplace benefits, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will also provide consultation on benefit options, manage client accounts, and actively participate in team training sessions and development opportunities.
