We are expanding our leadership pipeline and seeking driven professionals to step into an Agency Development Manager (ADM) role. This is a performance-based, business-to-business sales position with a clear path into leadership, focused on delivering employee benefits solutions through Colonial Life.
This role blends direct sales execution, client relationship management, and team development, offering the opportunity to build both income and a scalable organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with business clients, delivering tailored employee benefits programs
- Leverage qualified B2B leads to schedule and conduct client meetings
- Drive new business production while building long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to set and exceed performance goals
- Begin developing leadership capabilities, including mentoring and onboarding new representatives
Compensation & Growth
- First-year potential earnings: ~$65K (commission-based, uncapped)
- Multiple income streams:
- Personal production commissions
- Leadership overrides on team production
- Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to performance milestones

Requirements
