Broker Development Manager (Independent Agent) – Twin Cities
We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Broker Development Manager to join a high-performing sales team and help drive meaningful growth across the Twin Cities market.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner as an independent agent with a respected leader in the insurance industry and tap into a market with significant untapped potential.
As part of our team, you’ll have access to the tools, resources, and support needed to build strong broker relationships, grow your book of business, and earn competitive commissions and performance-based incentives.
What You’ll Do:
• Leverage your existing network of employee benefits broker relationships to position voluntary benefits and enrollment solutions
• Build and grow a network of producing brokers and employer relationships focused on long-term partnerships
• Support employer groups with enrollment and communication strategies, including:
– Initial open enrollment
– Year-round new hire engagement
– Multi-year enrollment planning
• Assist with benefits administration implementation and ongoing management
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in the employee benefits industry
• Strong, active network of broker relationships
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
• Based in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area preferred
