What You'll Do

Find and build relationships with new business clients.
Help employees choose the right voluntary benefits for their needs.
Use technology to complete benefit enrollments.
Continue learning about Colonial Life's products to better serve clients.

We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Life & Health Insurance License required (we can help you get licensed!)
