What You'll Do
As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you'll partner with local businesses and their employees to educate them about voluntary benefits that help protect their financial well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
- Meeting with employees to educate them on available voluntary benefit options.
- Helping clients choose coverage that fits their needs and budget.
- Providing exceptional service before, during, and after enrollment.
- Growing your own book of business through referrals, networking, and community relationships.
- Continuing your professional development through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
