Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundromat facilities and equipment, including bathrooms and parking lots. Follow the 10-point checklist that will be provided during training.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Conduct floor care, including sweeping and mopping.
- Handle trash disposal and maintain cleanliness inside facility and parking lot.
- Assist customers with issues, questions, concerns in a positive and friendly manner.
- Promote a family friendly environment for the community to come do their laundry.
- Positive attitude and great customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in custodial or cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including mopping, cleaning lint screens, carrying laundry baskets, etc.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment usage.
- Great communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
