Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions including organizing and maintaining files, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments
- Support the team in processing insurance policy applications, endorsement changes and cancellations efficiently.
- Assist in problem resolution, process policy change requests, and process payments.
- Follow up as requested with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Create insurance quotes and issue insurance documentation.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Rate new business.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License is required to be considered.
- Customer service experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
- Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus.
- Self-starter, detailed, organized with great time management skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
