Spray Foam Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation in various residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work effectively with a variety of materials and tools. Duties

• Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
• Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, attics, and other areas as specified in project plans.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to insulation installation.
• Knowledge of drywall, masonry, trim carpentry, and stucco applications.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installation.
• Experience with airless paint spraying is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Minimum 2 year experience
