Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
- Stretch dough, prepare sauces, and add toppings accurately.
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pizza chef, pizza cook, or line cook preferred.
- Experience with hand-tossed pizza is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
