What are the responsibilities and job description for the Propety Maintenance Technician/Handyman position at Colonial House Apartments?
We are looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community safe, clean, and well maintained. The ideal candidate is experienced in general maintenance and enjoys providing excellent service to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders promptly
- Perform plumbing, minor electrical, minor HVAC, drywall, and painting repairs
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Oversee and supervise outside contract projects
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience a bonus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
