Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not required.
- A genuine love for working with children and a desire to contribute positively to their educational journey.
