About the Role
Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery. Coordinate daily communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Process sales orders and maintain accurate data within company systems. Monitor and manage backorders while proactively communicating updates to customers. Coordinate freight and transportation logistics with internal and third-party carriers. Obtain freight quotes, schedule shipments, and resolve delivery issues. Support the Sales Team with pricing updates, inventory checks, freight requests, and customer needs. Assist with onboarding new customer accounts and maintaining customer records. Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule. Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, order management, logistics, transportation, or related experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/JD Edwards or SAP preferred.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package
- Competitive hourly pay.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours worked over 40.
