The Role
- Guest experience — Welcome guests with genuine warmth, assist with check‐ins/check‐outs, and share insights into Williamsburg’s historic triangle, local gardens, and romantic escapes.
- Refined housekeeping — Care for guest rooms with the same attention to detail that defines our suites: crisp linens, soft lighting, fresh florals, and the quiet order that makes each room

- Inn operations — Support daily rhythms such as breakfast preparation, inventory management, and gentle upkeep of the property, helping the inn flow gracefully from morning tea to evening calm.
