What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
This role is the face and flow of the practice—setting the tone for every patient interaction.
You will:
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Create a positive first impression that reflects our standard of care
- Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify patient information, insurance, and intake details
- Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients and team members
- Guide patients through check-in and check-out seamlessly
- Collect payments and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic records
- Support overall office flow and step in where needed to keep things running smoothly

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- Medical or front desk experience preferred
