Job Summary
The Video Manager reviews video footage looking for safety concerns, makes clips of that video, and submits it to managers to use in safety coaching sessions with their teams.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
Experience in using computers and video equipment, and be comfortable with it
A bigger picture orientations so as to be able to analyze situations as viewed on the video feeds and identify potential safety issues and concerns
An ability to understand safety policies and guidelines that are established by upper management and the safety committee, match user behavior against these expectations and document exceptions
Education and/or Experience
College degree preferred but not required
