About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member to join our Marketing department as a Marketing Systems Administrator. This entry-level position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with technology, keeping processes organized, and making sure the systems behind the scenes run smoothly.

In this role, you’ll help manage our dashboards and workflows, support communication tools like Zoom Phone, Zoho CRM, our e-commerce order portal, and Hiver, and ensure our sales and marketing teams can work efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring key metrics, following up with sales team members when needed, and helping us continuously improve our strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain call response and email dashboards, ensuring timely follow-ups from sales reps to our customers.
  
  

• Support daily operations of Zoom Phone, HIver and Zoho CRM for the marketing and sales teams.

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics related to the inside sales team. 
  
  

• Proactively follow up with sales reps and escalate issues to management when necessary.

• Document workflows and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  
  

• Work independently in a fully remote environment, staying organized and focused.
  
  

• Keep an eye on new tools and technologies that can improve communication and efficiency.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.
  
  

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  
  

• Strong communication skills and persistence in following up with others.
  
  

• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
  
  

• Previous experience with Zoom Phone, Zoho, or Hiver is a plus, but not required.
  
  

• Confident in holding team members accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
  
  

• Availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern).

• Experience working with Ai is a bonus
