Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Install, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to accurately execute electrical installations.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify system integrity.
- Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in reading construction plans and schematics to ensure precise installation according to project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times during construction site activities.
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for safe electrical installations.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment efficiently.
- Prior construction site experience.
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces on various construction sites while maintaining attention to detail.
