Position Summary
As the Community Experience Ambassador, you are the face and voice of our community. You will set the tone for the entire warmth and professionalism of Colonial Courtyard at Bedford, delivering a seamless, organized, and deeply welcoming front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Warmest Welcome: Greet residents, families, and guests with an approachable, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Communication Hub: Managing incoming phone calls with care, routing inquiries efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Administrative Support: Keep the community running smoothly by assisting with essential clerical tasks, including mail sorting, filing, and light data entry.
Lobby Ambience: Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby atmosphere that feels like home.
Resident & Team Support: Serve as a helpful resource for resident requests, assist with community tours, and support our exciting community events and seasonal activities.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and serve as a calm, clear-headed point of contact for directing emergency personnel if an urgent situation arises.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to multitask and stay organized in a lively environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
