Community Experience Ambassador (Front Desk Receptionist)

Pay: $12.50-13/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time | 12-20 hours per week
Position Summary
Serves as the first point of contact for the community by providing a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and data entry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Respond to resident requests and provide general support throughout the community
- Support team members with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with tours and support community events or activities as needed
- Monitor visitor sign-in and community entry procedures
- Respond to urgent situations by contacting appropriate personnel when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
