What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Life Stages team, you will assist the Director in bringing our community to life:

• Lead & Inspire: Facilitate group activities (crafts, music, games) and one-on-one sessions that keep residents engaged.

• Community Connection: Arrange fun outings and escort residents to local events.

• Storytelling: Assist with Resident Life Stories and our quarterly newsletter to celebrate our community’s history.

• Organization: Maintain the Reality Orientation Board and help manage our resident-run store.

• Ambassador: Give tours to prospective families and share what makes our community special.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Background in recreational therapy or gerontology is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license (with a clean 3-year driving record) is required.

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
