Role Description
The Clinician IV - Adult & Child and Adolescent Outpatient role is a full-time position based in Williamsburg, VA. This role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient services to adults, children, and adolescents with mental health or substance use conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing therapy and counseling sessions, and working in collaboration with families, community partners, and other service providers. Some work may be performed remotely as determined by operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual or family therapy
- Proficiency in collaboration with families, community services, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in working with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health or substance use issues
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory standards, as well as case management practices
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent; or eligibility to obtain a clinical license in Virginia
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities
