Clinical Manager- Central Access

Colonial Behavioral Health provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and families impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. We proudly serve the communities of James City County, the City of Poquoson, the City of Williamsburg, and York County.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Manager for our Central Access program. This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight, coordination, and management of the Central Access Department to support the delivery of quality behavioral health services.

• Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of individuals’ needs, abilities, strengths, and preferences to inform service planning.
• Provides clinical leadership, oversight, supervision, and training to clinical staff within the Central Access Department.
• Coordinates triage and connects individuals and families with services that best meet their identified needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to evaluate individual needs effectively.
• Ability to connect individuals with appropriate clinical and support services.
• Effective time management, multitasking, and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate and appropriate records.
• Minimum of three years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder counseling required.
• One year of clinical experience required.
• Master’s degree in a human services field required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), such as LPC, LCSW) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Salary : $90,000 - $93,000
