Property Manager Position Available for Apartment Complexes and single family Homes in Beeville TX.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various commercial properties. In this position, you will work with leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, collect monthly rents, and track daily expenses. We also expect our Property Manager to provide regular status reports on the condition of the property by thorough inspections and any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has at least one-five years of property management experience.
Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Negotiate lease contracts
- Collect rent, utility, and other payments
- Inspect property for damages and schedule routine maintenance
- Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)
- Maintain and update property records
- Document expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties
- Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants
Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of property management or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work alone, be able to do make readies, and be courteous to tenants, must have driver’s license
