Your Role
Youll have full ownership of operations, profitability, people, and performance, while setting the standard for quality and customer experience.
You Will

Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support teams

Own P&L, staffing, labor, and cost controls

Drive KPIs, productivity, and cycle time

Hire, coach, and retain top talent

Build strong insurance and customer relationships

Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For

3 years of collision repair management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of estimating, production flow, and insurance relations

Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused

Valid drivers license (Bachelors degree preferred)
