Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and service requests.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or customer feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software and data entry tools.
  • Process transactions such as cash handling or order placements when necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and computer skills to document and analyze customer data effectively.

Experience

  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases.
  • Proven sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively across various channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
