Duties

- Answer calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Support office management by coordinating supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with clerical duties like photocopying and mail distribution
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
