Our organization is looking for a part-time Office Support Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, have strong communication skills & be able to work independently. Responsibilities include providing general office support and back up for other positions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Prepare documents & reports.
- Back up for receptionist.
- Back up office manager w/payroll.
- Maintain pricing list for stock items.
- Accounts receivable tracking.
- Warranty work.
- Compose & send correspondence to customers.
- Light housekeeping when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
