We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Apprentice Landscaper to join our estate management team. This is a unique opportunity to work on an expansive, high-end private acreage featuring manicured lawns, intricate terraced landscapes, complex multi-species nature paths, and native Idaho flora.
Under the guidance of our Head Landscaper, you will learn the ins and outs of estate management, mastering everything from advanced turf care to precision irrigation troubleshooting. If you love working outdoors, take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and want to elevate your green-industry career, we want to hear from you.

- Irrigation Maintenance: Assist with the operation, monitoring, and repair of multi-zone drip and sprinkler irrigation systems to optimize water use for native and ornamental plants.
- Plant Care & Fertilization: Apply seasonal fertilizers, manage weed control (both manual and targeted applications), and assist with pruning trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses.
- Hardscape & Path Upkeep: Maintain gravel paths, flagstone walkways, and retaining walls, ensuring they remain clean and clear of debris.
- Seasonal Projects: Assist with large-scale planting initiatives, mulching, winterization prep, and spring clean-ups.
- Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform basic maintenance on commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, farming, or outdoor manual labor is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are our top priorities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various Idaho weather conditions (heat, wind, cold), including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for neatness and a respectful attitude toward maintaining a pristine private estate.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to the estate and a track record of punctuality.
- Drivers License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Benefits & Perks
- Hands-On Training: Mentorship from experienced professionals in high-end residential landscaping and native Idaho horticulture.
- Upward Mobility: Clear pathways to advance into specialized roles and build your landscaping resume. You will be part of building intricate gardens, walkways, water features and many other projects that you will be able to showcase as you develop your skills.
- Work Environment: Spend your days outdoors on a beautiful, diverse, and exceptionally maintained property rather than bouncing between rushed commercial job sites.
